Vision:

Erie's North Shore Support Services is an agency that values human dignity and enhances mental and emotional well-being.

Mission:

To provide quality services to people with mental disorders and to enhance, maintain and promote the mental health of individuals in our community.

Mandate:

To provide affordable housing and community support services to people with serious and persistent mental illness who are living in or moving to Haldimand or Norfolk County.

Erie ’s North Shore Support Services values the principles of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation model, while staying true to our Mandate, Mission, and Vision. Erie's North Shore also believes in community integration, integrity, and accountability for its participants as well as the broader mental health sector.
